The 14-day guarantee
Every digital edition and poster is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation.
How to request a refund
- Email dopeasspapi1@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order confirmation or the name of the edition.
- We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Memberships
The Vault membership can be cancelled at any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Monthly payments already taken for elapsed time are non-refundable, but your first payment is covered by the same 14-day guarantee above.
What isn't covered
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Refund requests based on redistributing, reselling, or otherwise breaching the Licence.
