1. Who we are
DOPEASSPAPI™ ("we", "us") operates this website and sells digital products — editions, systems, templates, wallpapers and posters. You can reach us at dopeasspapi1@gmail.com.
2. Your account
Some features require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Use the same email for your account and your purchases so your library unlocks automatically.
3. Purchases & pricing
Prices are shown in EUR and processed securely by Stripe. Introductory pricing may apply and can change as the catalogue grows; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Individual editions are one-time purchases you keep; memberships renew until cancelled.
4. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly: once payment succeeds, the purchase unlocks in your library for online reading and download. If a download ever fails, contact us and we'll make it right.
5. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. See that page for full details.
6. Licence & acceptable use
Your use of what you buy is governed by our Licence. You agree not to resell or redistribute the files, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or other users' content.
7. Intellectual property
All content, artwork, editions and brand marks are owned by DOPEASSPAPI™ and protected by applicable law. Buying a product grants a licence to use it — not ownership of the underlying work.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Our products are provided for informational and creative purposes and are offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
